	Robin B. Steiner - Senior Management
	As the Managing Member of RMR|Residential Realty, LLC, Robin B. Steiner is responsible for creating and executing on RMR’s daily operations plan and RMR’s long term growth strategy. He is responsible for managing RMR’s Account Managers. Prior to founding RMR in 1996, he was a Vice President of The Robert Martin Company, and oversaw the firm’s residential division. During that time he worked with the RMC’s partners to execute the operation of a hotel, rental properties and the sale of multiple condominium units. He was responsible for the management of over 1200 residential units. As Robert Martin merged with what is now Mack Cali, he was an integral member of the team that facilitated the sale of RMC’s Residential portfolio, in excess $50 million. Before joining Robert Martin Company, he was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Williamson, Picket and Gross, a Manhattan brokerage and development company. His responsibilities included an equity raise of over $5,000,000 and the development and sale of 60 Apartments in Bedford Stuyvesant and East New York. Prior to Williamson Picket and Gross, Mr. Steiner was a principal of The Steiner Clateman Group, New York City’s leading conversion sales and marketing agent. He oversaw the daily operations of the firm, which included 14 sales offices located throughout New York City. He was a pioneer in the sale of New York Occupied Apartments. Mr. Steiner’s first position in the Real Estate industry was an account manager at Charles H. Greenthal & Company, where he had daily property management functions, and also was in charge of new business development. Mr. Steiner earned a BA and a Masters of Business Administration at The George Washington University.

	Wesley Woodlief - Senior Management
	Executive Vice President Mr. Woodlief has over 30 years experience in Residential Property Management. Since RMR’s creation, he has been instrumental in RMR’s tenfold growth, to its current position as an industry leader in Westchester County. In addition to his role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Woodlief oversees a portfolio of residential communities well in excess of $40 million. Prior to joining RMR, he served as Vice President of a family owned real estate firm where he was responsible for personnel oversight, financial and administrative systems.  His individual responsibilities included successfully managing a diverse portfolio of communities ranging from pre-war Cooperatives to new construction Condominiums. Mr. Woodlief’s real estate experience started with several years experience in the construction trades including assignments at several landmark IBM buildings in Westchester. Mr. Woodlief received the degree of Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University (Ohio) and holds an MBS in Finance from  Pace University.
Deirdre Ryan - Sales and Leasing Department     Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, CBR Ms. Ryan has over 25 years experience, as a licensed real estate professional. As a Realtor and part of Westchester and Putnam Counties Multiple Listing Service (EAMLS), she is dedicated and knowledgeable in the Westchester markets, with expertise in lower Westchester Markets, focusing on White Plains, Hartsdale, Scarsdale, Rye and Tarrytown. In 2010, she was awarded the Westchester Putman Association of Realtors Diamond Award, illustrative of her completing more than forty transactions in the year 2010. Ms. Ryan has been with RMR Residential Realty since it was founded in 1996. She has been RMR’s leading agent for many years. Her expertise includes sales, listings and negotiating strategies designed to maximize the sales price of her client’s homes. Prior to joining RMR, she was the Sales and Leasing Manager at The Robert Martin Company, where she was the leading agent in both sales and leasing of Robert Martin’s portfolio. Before joining The Robert Martin Company she worked for RAMS Marketing, focusing in on-site sales. While there she developed a keen understanding of multifamily community marketing. During her tenure at RAMS she was involved in new apartment sales and the co-op conversion of multiple properties.

	Lisa Miller - Finance Department
	Lisa is the RMR Residential Realty LLC Controller. Her role is to manage the finance department at multiple locations. She is responsible for the preparation and completion of RMR Residential Realty financial statements and all of RMR’s clientele including, Cooperatives, Homeowner’s Associations, Condominium’s, and rental communities. Her responsibilities also include supervising the daily operations of the finance department while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the accounting process and reporting on a monthly basis. Before joining RMR, Lisa’s career spans over 25 years in accounting and finance and has previously held the positions of Controller and Chief Financial Officer at some of Manhattan and Westchester’s well known Real Estate Owners, Developers and Management Companies. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Business and MBA in Accounting.

	Roseann Coraci – Residential Manager
	Roseann Coraci is an account executive responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring superior service delivery for RMR Residential clientele. Prior to joining RMR, Ms. Coraci worked for one of the preeminent real estate developers & management companies in NYC for 10 years. She managed & assisted with strategy implementation in the re-structuring of a Luxury 2000 unit development in downtown Manhattan. Ms. Coraci has more than 15 years’ experience in residential management, acquisitions & development. Ms. Coraci received her Masters of Finance and her Bachelors of Real Estate from Baruch College. She is a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker and received her Certified Property Manager accreditation with IREM.
